Executive Mosaic has selected Jen Sovada, a senior advisor at SandboxAQ and a 2024 Wash100 awardee, as chair of the Quantum Group for the 4×24 Executive Leadership Series.
The 4×24 Executive Leadership Program invites esteemed executives and government leaders to a series of networking and dinner events to form relationships and discuss trends throughout the GovCon landscape. The program fosters significant partnerships by organizing executives in their fields of interests to talk about essential government missions.
Sovada is heading into her second year leading the 4×24 Quantum Group and Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, said the company is thrilled to have her extensive quantum acumen back with the 4×24 membership program.

Sovada has over 25 years of experience working throughout public and private sectors and supporting military and intelligence efforts.
Prior to being appointed senior advisor at SandboxAQ, Sovada was the president of the company’s public sector. In this role, she was responsible for SandboxAQ’s advancements across the public sector business and the delivery of quantum and artificial intelligence technologies to government customers.
