In her expanded role, Ricci will manage finance and accounting, quality management, enterprise risk management, corporate security and real estate services at Guidehouse.

The newly appointed CFAO has over 35 years of experience in financial management, mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, capital management and strategic partnerships within public and private sector organizations.

Prior to Guidehouse, Ricci was a senior financial executive in government services, manufacturing and technology organizations. She started her career as a certified public accountant at a large accounting firm.

“John and Debbie bring a wealth of expertise, passion, and vision that will drive the next phase of Guidehouse’s growth and impact,” said McIntyre, an eight-time Wash100 awardee.
