The General Services Administration has released the list of awardees under the second rolling awards process for the unrestricted track of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus, or OASIS+, contract program.
GSA said Tuesday it sent notices to proceed, or NTPs, to OASIS+ Unrestricted contract awardees across eight domains: technical and engineering, management and advisory, environmental, logistics, intelligence, enterprise solutions services, facilities and research and development.
To date, there are 588 awardees under the Unrestricted track, according to the agency.
Awardees Authorized to Participate by Domain
According to a notice published Tuesday on SAM.gov, 398 Unrestricted awardees are eligible to participate in the management and advisory services domain; 399 in the technical and engineering services category; 148 in intelligence services; and 154 in research and development services.
For the logistics services domain, 103 companies are allowed to take part.
Meanwhile, 72 businesses are authorized to participate in the facilities services category, 52 vendors in environmental services and 29 awardees in the enterprise solutions services domain.
Ordering activity for this track on GSA eBuy will kick off on Dec. 20, Friday.
GSA said it intends to reopen the contract program for the on-ramping process in fiscal year 2025.
OASIS+ Unrestricted Track
On Dec. 6, GSA unveiled the list of 28 Phase 1 awardees under the OASIS+ Unrestricted track. NTPs were also issued to vendors across six domains: technical and engineering, management and advisory, environmental, logistics, intelligence services, and research and development.
OASIS+ is a suite of six multiple-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contracts with a five-year base period and a five-year option term. The program is designed to help federal agencies meet their procurement requirements for services-based solutions.
