Executive Mosaic has selected Rob Zitz, independent consultant at Robert & Zitz Associates, as chairman of its Space Mission Assurance Group for the 4×24 Executive Leadership Series.
The 4×24 Executive Leadership Program unites senior industry executives and top government leaders through networking dinners designed to promote collaboration between the public and private sectors, develop impactful relationships and provide an environment for GovCon officials to share their insights and expertise.
Zitz is leading the Space Mission Assurance Group for the 13th consecutive year, and Jim Garrettson, CEO of Executive Mosaic, said the company is excited to have him back with the 4×24 membership program.
“The space domain has been thrust into rapid transformation, growth and competition in recent years, making today’s space missions more consequential and vital to our increasingly interconnected world than ever,” noted Garrettson.

With over 40 years of space industry experience, Zitz wields knowledge in numerous space capabilities including geospatial intelligence, satellites and open source analytics. He served in numerous leadership roles at the National-Geospatial Intelligence Agency, including director of InnoVision and technical executive, where he was the primary architect for airborne integration.
As an independent consultant at RZ&A, he uses his experience to counsel defense, homeland and security customers.
