DLA Awards $219M in Contract Modifications to 3 Vendors for Metal Products

The Defense Logistics Agency has awarded contract modifications worth $219 million combined to SupplyCore, I-Solutions Direct and TW Metals to continue delivering commercial metal products to U.S. military branches.

The Department of Defense said the modifications exercise the second 18-month option term in the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.

The ordering period will run through July 22, 2026.

DLA will finance the awards using defense working capital funds from fiscal 2025 through fiscal 2026.

Metal Tailored Logistics Support Program

The IDIQ contract was awarded in 2021 as part of DLA’s Metals Tailored Logistics Support program, which seeks to supply aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, copper, brass and other metal products and industrial items such as wire, plates, bars and pipes to authorized customers within the continental U.S. and worldwide.

For these modifications, the vendors will supply metal products to the U.S. Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps.
