vTech Solution, a human-centered IT services provider, has welcomed seven new members with varying expertise in line with the company’s expansion efforts in key sectors.
The company said the new additions, who will join its offices in Washington, D.C. and Virginia, will help boost its expertise and enhance its capacity to provide comprehensive IT services to various sectors, including federal, state, local, education, or SLED, and commercial clients. The new hires bring a diverse set of skills and experience that aligns with vTech’s focus on cloud infrastructure, digital modernization, managed IT services, security and compliance.
vTech Solution New Team Members
Sam Hughes will serve as the head of business development/capture for the federal space. He is a business development and sales operations professional who previously served as business operations leader at AT&T.
Dwayne Clayton was appointed manager of capture/business development for the federal space and will leverage his knowledge of the federal civilian, defense and intelligence markets to boost vTech’s growth. His 20-year career includes stops at American Express, Northrop Grumman and TransUnion.
Michael Mcguire will be the director of capture/business development for the federal space. He brings 30 years of experience in IT operations and program management to the company. He spent most of his career at AT&T.
Blake Yanick was named manager of business development for SLED. He will lead the company’s expansion in the SLED market by utilizing his experience in consultative sales and pipeline management.
Robert-Charles “RC” Green will serve as senior proposal manager and will spearhead initiatives to ensure delivery of quality and innovative proposals. The former AT&T executive brings extensive understanding of CRM tools, content libraries, content development and automation to the team.
Koushik Ramachandran was named senior client relationship specialist. Formerly of RedSea, Ramachandran will leverage his experience in cybersecurity, automation and digital marketing to enhance client engagement.
Ruting “Oliver” Yab will serve as proposal manager and use his experience in the same role at Charter Communications to ensure the company meets client goals.
