Cadmus Secures $150M USAID Contract for Program Support

Cadmus, a technology-empowered strategic consulting firm serving government, commercial, and non-governmental organizations worldwide, has won an Asia Futures Activity contract valued at $150 million to provide services supporting the initiatives of the U.S. Agency for International Development.

The Arlington, Virginia-based contractor said Wednesday it will serve as the accelerator of USAID Asia Bureau and facilitate access to thought leadership, technical expertise, analytical support and local networks to address complex challenges across the Indo-Pacific region.

What is USAID Asia Futures Activity

The Asia Futures Activity is an initiative by USAID that aims to address challenges facing the Indo-Pacific region brought by increasing threats to health, climate and food security. The five-year contract is intended to assist the USAID in its efforts to foster sustainable economic growth, enhance democratic governance and strengthen resilience to the said challenges.

Ian Kline, president and CEO of Cadmus, said, “The Asia Futures Activity demonstrates a transformative approach to cross-sectoral programming and learning across the Indo-Pacific region. Cadmus is proud to build on the success of our International Development work and support the Asia Bureau’s multidisciplinary efforts on this critically important endeavor.”
