Assertive Professionals Wins $127M MDA Contract for Administrative Support

Assertive Professionals has won a Missile Defense Agency contract worth about $127.3 million for general and executive administrative support services.

The Department of Defense said Monday MDA launched a competitive procurement process through the SAM.gov website and received nine offers for the five-year contract.

The cost-plus-fixed-fee contract also includes staff action support, specialized correspondence management assistance, MDA support and protocol support services.

Work will occur in Alabama, Colorado, Virginia and Alaska starting this December through December 2029.

MDA is obligating $2.8 million in research, development, test and evaluation funds for fiscal year 2025.

The agency launched a solicitation for the contract in March 2023.

Supporting Defense Missions

Founded in 2015, Assertive Professionals is an economically disadvantaged woman-owned small business and service-disabled veteran-owned small business that provides cleared professionals to help DOD meet their missions.

The Wilmington, North Carolina-based company supports DOD agencies in several areas, including enterprise-level strategy and policy management, geospatial and imagery analysis, overseas operations, program and acquisition management, systems engineering, technical assistance and technical training.

The SDVOSB also supports agencies within the U.S. Intelligence Community and the Department of Homeland Security.
