5 Contractors to Provide DHS With Financial Management & Operations Support Services

Five contractors were awarded spots on a potential five-year, $100 million blanket purchase agreement to deliver financial management and operations support services to the Department of Homeland Security’s Office of the Chief Financial Officer.

According to an award notice posted on the Federal Procurement Data System website, the awardees are Deloitte, Ernst & Young, Guidehouse, Kearney & Co. and KPMG. The contract was competed under the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule acquisition vehicle.

A posting on HigherGov website reveals that the award is a re-compete of an existing departmentwide FMO support service BPA, whose incumbent contractors were Deloitte, EY, Grant Thornton, Kearney and Sikich. The follow-on BPA is aimed at maintaining the continuity of providing DHS’ OCFO with financial management and financial operations support services.
