Terri Malone, senior vice president and chief growth officer of Serco, has been chosen to chair Executive Mosaic’s 4×24 BD Group.
The 4×24 executive leadership program offers a space in which government contracting industry leaders and federal officials can join forces to tackle key public sector challenges together. 4×24 dinners provide a platform for innovation, idea exchange and the development of new and existing partnerships between government and industry.
As chair of the BD Group, Malone will lead discussions on how business development can drive important outcomes for federal customers.

Malone assumed her current position at Serco in May 2022. Prior to joining the company, she spent two decades at Northrop Grumman, most recently serving as vice president of the organization’s mission readiness and protective systems business unit.
