The executive will lead the Technology and Innovation Council, which was recently established to support the capability development efforts of Harmonia, the company said Tuesday.
Fontecilla brings to Harmonia more than 35 years of experience in driving digital innovation across the government and commercial sectors.

Supported by a strategic investment from MDP, the TIC is envisioned to drive product development through Agile and DevSecOps approaches and help Harmonia’s government customers modernize software and systems.
