John Boyle, a C-level executive with extensive experience in federal contracting and technology sectors, was appointed CEO of Lawelawe Defense Inc., a Native Hawaiian-owned Small Business Administration certified 8(a) small disadvantaged business, GovCon Wire has learned.
Boyle will drive innovation and strategic growth for Lawelawe Defense, expand its federal contracting capabilities and strengthen its delivery of a range of services to government customers.
The new CEO brings to LDI more than two decades of experience in leading teams and driving growth in the federal contracting industry. He previously worked as president and chief growth officer at Cherokee Federal, spearheading strategic direction, customer engagement, operations and business development across all company sectors.
Boyle’s career also includes time in senior leadership roles at ManTech International, IBM, Science Applications International Corp. and Leidos. In 2020, Boyle was named by the Potomac Officers Club among the five growth executives in GovCon to watch.
As the LDI chief executive, Boyle looks to establish Lawelawe Defense as the go-to partner for federal customers that require forward-thinking services.
