The task orders are part of the Global Support Strategy for Overseas Consular Support Services 2.0 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity multiple-award contract valued at $137.3 million.

“As a trusted collaborator with the Bureau of Consular Affairs, we will continue to deliver technical expertise, combined with our international experience and mission understanding to optimize the performance of U.S. consular processes in these dynamic regions of the world,” said Lacy Perry, senior vice president at CGI.

In May, the government IT services contractor also secured a $378.1 million contract from the State Department to provide onsite administration, management and processing support at three passport centers and 24 passport agencies across the United States.

What is the Atlas360

Atlas360 is a customer relationship management platform powered by CustomerAdvance, CGI’s omnichannel tool designed to manage customer contacts, call center operations and call routing and queuing. The platform also utilizes artificial intelligence and natural language processing to instantly compose email responses to customer inquiries and deliver call center support.

According to CGI, the company supports U.S. visa application support to about 5 million applicants annually in 72 countries and in 39 languages.
