Anirban Bose will succeed Jim Bailey as CEO of the Americas strategic business unit of Capgemini, effective Nov. 1.
Capgemini said Wednesday Bose was head of the company’s financial services SBU and a member of the group executive board from 2018.
Commenting on the appointment, Capgemini Group CEO Aiman Ezzat said, “Anirban Bose has been at the helm of our Financial Services division for the last six years and instrumental in building and shaping this business across the globe. Anirban is well positioned to accelerate our trajectory in the Americas, building on our progress in the region over the past 4 years under the leadership of Jim Bailey.”
Leadership changes at Capgemini
The executive move is part of a series of leadership changes that also includes the appointments of Kartik Ramakrishnan as CEO of financial services SBU, Jerome Simeon as chief revenue officer and Franck Greverie as chief technology officer.
“These appointments strengthen the Group’s growth ambition and reinforce Capgemini’s role as the go to business and technology partner for our clients,” remarked Ezzat.
Capgemini is a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation. It has several business, including the Capgemini Government Solutions, which is based McLean, Virginia, and is a partner of U.S. federal government organizations.
Capgemini’s U.S. federal business provides enterprise and technology modernization services in support of its civilian, health, national security and defense clients.
