The U.S. Agency for International Development has awarded seven companies positions on a potential $5 billion contract to support U.S. foreign policy objectives by helping USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives advance democracy and stabilization efforts in countries facing political crises.
According to award notices published Friday in the Federal Procurement Data System, USAID received 21 offers for the sixth iteration of the Support Which Implements Fast Transition indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract.
The awardees on the SWIFT 6 contract are:
Chemonics International
Creative Associates International
Democracy International
Dexis Interactive
DT Global
Management Systems International
Palladium International
The ordering period is expected to run through Aug. 29, 2034.
In early 2023, USAID posted a draft solicitation for the SWIFT 6 procurement vehicle.
