Tiffanny Gates, operating partner at Capitol Meridian Partners and former CEO of Novetta, was appointed chairman of the board of directors of Clarity Innovations.
The company said Thursday Gates is responsible for providing Clarity leadership with advice on strategic growth, product development and merger integration.
Gates’ career includes time serving as senior managing director for the national security portfolio of Accenture‘s (NYSE: ACN) federal services business following its acquisition of Novetta in 2021.

The three-time Wash100 Award recipient also previously worked as vice president at the former Raytheon company, senior VP of strategy and business development at ManTech International and consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).

Clarity is a portfolio company of Capitol Meridian Partners. In June, it acquired Chameleon Consulting Group and merged it into the company’s platform to offer next generation systems and cyberspace products and services to the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community.
