Tameika Hollis, former CEO of Illuminate, was appointed vice president and chief information officer at The Aerospace Corp., effective Oct. 7.
Aerospace said Thursday Hollis, an experienced national security executive, will have oversight of the nonprofit’s information technology, security, safety and facilities organizations.
Hollis, a previous Wash100 awardee, has over 25 years of experience in IT services and people management in the aerospace and defense industry.
Prior to joining Illuminate in 2020 as chief operating officer, Hollis served in leadership positions at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) for more than 17 years. Her career also includes time at Boeing (NYSE: BA) and the former Raytheon company.
“Tameika brings extensive experience in digital transformation and strategy that will prove invaluable as we deliver mission and business IT systems critical to the nation’s space enterprise,” commented Aerospace President and CEO Steve Isakowitz.
