Brian Stimpfl, CEO of S-Docs, said adopting document automation and e-signature capabilities as part of digital transformation efforts could enable government agencies to streamline their operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
In an article published on Carahsoft.com, Stimpfl wrote that the adoption of e-signatures could help agencies improve the citizen experience and provide them with a “unified platform that eliminates the need for multiple steps or event multiple applications.”
The S-Docs chief executive discussed how the company’s technology could help agencies rapidly generate documents in PDF, Word and other familiar formats while enabling to facilitate automated retention and storage.
According to Stimpfl, the S-Docs technology operates within the Salesforce platform and aligns with the latter’s security controls.
“We also integrate very closely with Salesforce workflows to support automated document generation based on triggers, batch processing and the creation of multiple documents simultaneously,” he noted.
Stimpfl also cited how S-Docs assisted one of the largest cities in the U.S. to modernize its judicial case management system through document automation and cloud-based tech adoption.
