In a LinkedIn post Tuesday, NTS said the acquisition will help ramp up its support for federal civilian executive agencies. It will also allow the technology services provider to expand and establish its presence in Virginia, a key hub for government-focused IT services and where Nomad is based.
Nomad will bring its well-rounded portfolio and team of skilled professionals to NTS following the acquisition. The latter will be able to tap into Nomad’s experience in government IT services while the strengthened workforce will be instrumental in the company’s expansion and quality of service.
Joseph Paull, CEO of NTS, said, “This acquisition aligns perfectly with our mission to provide top-tier technology solutions to critical government agencies. Together, we will enhance our support to U.S. government customers outside of our core [Department of Defense] client base while driving digital transformation and security in the public sector.”
