Melissa Marousek, a seasoned executive with more than two decades of experience in human resources, has been named senior vice president and chief people officer at Serco‘s U.S. business arm.
Serco Inc. said Monday Marousek will spearhead its HR strategy with a focus on recruiting, developing and retaining top-tier professionals. She is also tasked with overseeing talent management, organizational development and cultural transformation initiatives.
