MB&A’s Joshua Millsapps: Low-Code/No-Code Tools Could Help Streamline Government Digital Service Development

Joshua Millsapps, founder and CEO of Millsapps, Ballinger & Associates, said government agencies that seek to improve business processes and meet mission objectives should adopt low-code/no-code development tools that could help employees build digital services and quickly collect, understand and manage data across various public sector use cases.

In an article published on Carahsoft.com, Millsapps wrote that MB&A’s low-code/no-code tools operating on the Salesforce platform could help agencies gain insights into their processes.

He noted that the company’s Extensible Assessment Manager platform, also known as ExAM, enables agencies to collect and leverage data to enhance business processes.

According to Millsapps, ExAM can automatically transmit surveys to users to gain input about their experience, enabling agencies to feed that information back into the process.

The MB&A chief executive stated that the company’s technology could allow agencies to integrate feedback loops into their employees’ current work.

“That approach can be difficult with traditional technologies, but MB&A’s solutions on top of Salesforce’s platform enable agencies to listen to feedback, make changes and deliver a better customer experience,” Millsapps added.
