Seeley is a health IT executive who served as deputy chief information officer at the Defense Health Agency before moving to GDIT. He was with DHA for over five years, assuming roles of increasing responsibilities including deputy cio, deputy director, Health Information Technology Directorate (J-6); and acting CIO, acting director of the directorate.
The GDIT vice president also worked for the U.S. Air Force for nearly two decades. Some of Seeley’s roles there were chief technology officer within the Office of the Air Force Surgeon General and health services administrator.
