The General Services Administration has announced that offerors seeking to extend the validity of their submitted proposals for the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Plus contract through April 20, 2025, should send a request letter through Oct. 8.
GSA said Thursday the move only applies to vendors that submitted OASIS+ proposals by Oct. 20, 2023, and will enable to agency to finalize the assessment and award process for all solicitations under the contract vehicle.
Offerors should complete, sign and submit the letter for offer extension through the OASIS+ Submission Portal or Symphony by Oct. 8.
A vendor may submit a single offer extension letter for all submitted OASIS+ proposals.
According to GSA, proposers that do not respond or extend the validity period of their offers will not be eligible for award if the award is executed after the current expiration date for proposals, which is set on Oct. 19, 2024.
The agency said it could not accept an expired proposal to form a binding contract.
