DHS Discloses Plans for Desktop Support Services 3.0 BPA

The Department of Homeland Security plans to launch a competition for a follow-on blanket purchase agreement for desktop support services.

According to a notice published Monday on the Acquisition Planning Forecast System, the planned Desktop Support Services 3.0 BPA has an estimated value of over $100 million and covers information technology, engineering, project management and program management support services.

CACI International (NYSE: CACI) is the incumbent contractor.

Under the DSS 2.0 program, CACI said it also supports software development, systems and network engineering, cybersecurity and cloud migration work at DHS.

DHS intends to release a solicitation on Jan. 6 and expects to award the recompete BPA by the second quarter of fiscal year 2025.

Contract work is expected to occur in Springfield, Virginia, through Aug. 13, 2030.
