Constellis has promoted Andy Hartsog, most recently vice president of special projects for national security programs, to the position of executive VP of mission support services.
Business Realignment
The company said Tuesday the mission support services and global support services are the newly formed business divisions after Constellis moved to realign its business operations to further advance efforts to deliver security and mission support to federal and commercial clients worldwide.
Hartsog will oversee the MSS business, which includes security-response tech platforms and global contingency support activities.
The former CIA intelligence executive and paramilitary operations officer brings to the role his management skills and leadership experience.
Constellis Chief Operating Officer Paul Donahue will serve as president of the GSS business division, bringing over three decades of financial and operational management experience in the security and risk management industry.
Recapitalization Transaction
In addition to the business realignment, Constellis has finalized a recapitalization transaction with existing investors to generate new capital and support growth initiatives.
“I view the recapitalization transaction and our internal realignments as important steps in our evolution that will position our enterprise for future growth by enabling investment and enhanced focus on transformative and innovative solutions, while leveraging our past successes and recognized history of performance,” said Constellis CEO Terry Ryan.
Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld and Houlihan Lokey acted as Constellis’ legal counsel and investment banker, respectively, during the transaction process.
