Aftermarket services provider VSE (Nasdaq: VSEC) has named seasoned executive finance leader Adam Cohn as chief financial officer and aerospace sales executive Garry Snow as chief growth officer.
Alexandria, Virginia-based VSE said Tuesday Cohn will join the company as CFO on Sept. 3, and Snow will assume the newly created chief growth officer position on Sept. 16.
Tarang Sharma, who has served as interim CFO, will return to his position as the company’s chief accounting officer.

As CFO, he will oversee VSE’s financial strategies, operational finance, planning, tax, treasury, tax, corporate development, investor relations and internal audit.
Cohn most recently served as CFO at aerospace supplier Valence Surface Technologies. Prior to Valence, he was treasurer and vice president of mergers and acquisitions at aerospace manufacturer Triumph (NYSE: TGI) and an aerospace investment banker at Lazard.

The newly appointed chief growth officer will manage supplier and customer business development and marketing efforts and will bring to the role his over two decades of aerospace sales and distribution experience.
Snow most recently served as head of sales and marketing for business and general aviation at Boeing’s (NYSE: BA) global services segment.
He also held leadership roles at KLX Aerospace Solutions and Satair.
