The U.S. Navy has awarded three companies positions on a potential five-year, $145.9 million blanket purchase agreement to provide Appian commercial off-the-shelf software and hardware, propriety appliances and information technology maintenance support.
The Department of Defense said Tuesday the Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific in San Diego used the General Services Administration’s Federal Supply Schedule to award the BPA under the DOD Enterprise Software Initiative.
The awardees are Carahsoft Technology, Collabralink Technologies, now known as Groundswell, and DLT Solutions, now part of TD SYNNEX Public Sector.
CollabraLink rebranded as Groundswell after it acquired Groundswell Consulting Group in July 2022.
In October 2022, DLT Solutions merged with the public sector entities of TD SYNNEX to form an integrated business unit focused on providing cybersecurity, application lifecycle and other IT services for government customers.
The military branch launched a competitive procurement process for the multiple-award BPA through the GSA E-Buy website and solicited bids from 990 vendors.
The Navy will obligate operations and maintenance funds upon issuance of task orders.
