Future Technologies Inc. has appointed Nathan Glass as vice president of finance, according to the executive’s LinkedIn post shared Wednesday.
Glass spent five years at EverWatch, a Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) company, before joining FTI. He served as its director of compliance and special projects, director of financial planning and vice president of finance.
At General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business, Glass was senior manager of government compliance responsible for preparing incurred cost submissions, supporting government audits, negotiating audit findings and other compliance-related activities.
Glass also worked as compliance director at SallyPort and consulting manager at Baker Tilly Virchow Krause. Before that, he was senior manager of corporate compliance at Mission Essential and consulting manager at Argy, Wiltse & Robinson.
The certified public accountant joins a company with over 30 years of experience in delivering information systems and technical support services to government and private sector organizations around the world.
FTI has been actively involved in several government contracts, including the General Services Administration’s Multiple Award Schedule, U.S. Army’s Responsive Strategic Sourcing for Services and Information Technology Enterprise Services 3 Services, and the Defense Information Systems Agency’s Encore III contracts.
The company was one of 198 contractors selected by the Army in 2018 to provide professional engineering support services to command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance programs. In the same year, FTI secured a contract position to offer project management and engineering support services to the Navy.
