Everfox, formerly Forcepoint Federal, has completed its purchase of Garrison Technology as part of efforts to expand its portfolio of cybersecurity offerings for customers in government, critical infrastructure and regulated industries.
Everfox said Wednesday it will add to its portfolio of threat protection, cross domain and insider risk platforms Garrison’s hardware-enforce security technologies and software capabilities.
The transaction was first announced in June.
Founded in 2014, London-based Garrison offers hardsec and other cybersecurity capabilities, including its field-programmable gate array security platform, Trust Qualified Browsing and Garrison ULTRA browser isolation platform designed to protect organizations from phishing, ransomware attacks and other web-based risks.
“Garrison’s solutions are highly complementary to our existing portfolio and have immense value for customers. These synergies and our track record of collaboration opened the door for a more permanent partnership,” said Everfox CEO Sean Berg.
“This acquisition reinforces our dedication to securing the world’s most critical organizations and our ongoing commitment to ensuring that the Everfox portfolio is as comprehensive, secure and impactful as it can be,” added Berg.
Citi advised Everfox on the deal’s financial aspect, while Piper Sandler acted as Garrison’s financial adviser.
