Clear Ridge Secures $113M Contract for Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Support

Clear Ridge Defense, or CRD, has won a potential $113 million contract to support the cyberspace operations of various U.S. Marine Corps units.

The cybersecurity consulting company said Tuesday the prime contract will cover critical cyberspace services for the Marine Corps Forces Cyberspace Command, Marine Corps Cyberspace Warfare Group, Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber and Marine Corps Information Command.

CRD’s contract work is aimed at strengthening the cyber capabilities and operational readiness of the said units.

The Maryland-based contractor will provide the Marine Corps with the following services:

  • Full-spectrum cyberspace operations
  • Cyber planning
  • Intelligence analysis
  • Capabilities planning
  • Exercise planning
  • Video teleconference and audio-visual support
  • Knowledge management
  • Help desk support

The contract comes with a base year plus four option years. It has a potential value of around $113 million if all options are exercised.

The Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific received five bids for the competitive Seaport-NxG small business set-aside task order.

In 2023, CRD was awarded a prime contract by the Cyber Adversary Tactics Office for support services including provision of red team operations, cyber threat emulation, adversary threat assessment and infrastructure engineering.
