The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking providers of vertical construction services in support of Border Patrol facilities within the Southwestern and South Pacific divisions of the Fort Worth District.
To address the requirement, the government intends to award five firm-fixed price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity task orders under the $1.5 billion Unrestricted Vertical Construction multiple award task order contract, according to a solicitation posted July 1 on SAM.gov.
The required services may include new vertical construction, repairs and alterations. Specifics will be detailed per task order, which will come with a five-year base period and two option years.
The selection of vendors will follow the Two-Phase Design Build Selection Procedures using the Best Value Trade Off process.
Interested parties have until July 29 to respond.
