Institute for Defense Analyses has secured a potential five-year, $1.42 billion contract from the Washington Headquarters Services to provide research, analyses, test and evaluation support to the Office of the Secretary of Defense, the Joint Staff, combatant commands and defense agencies.
The company will help maintain a comprehensive evaluation of national security concerns, including supporting the entire development life cycle of systems and technologies, the Department of Defense said Friday.
Work under the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract will occur at IDA’s headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia, through June 30, 2029.
IDA, a nonprofit corporation that operates federally funded research and development centers, has provided support services to DOD since 2019 under a potential $950.6 million contract from WHS.
The company secured a $180 million contract modification in January to continue work until June 30.
