The Department of Energy’s Office of Headquarters Procurement Services has awarded Three Saints Bay company Eagle Harbor a single award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract worth $338 million in support of the National Training Center.
According to a SAM.gov award notice, Eagle Harbor will work to provide management services for the operation and maintenance of the NTC in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The company will also work to support the center’s training and oversight mission.
Both aspects of the contract will require Eagle Harbor to recruit staff who are proficient in relevant areas of expertise, including instruction, IT, business and management.
The requirement was a competitive small business set aside acquisition.
The master IDIQ will feature cost plus award fee, firm fixed price and time and materials task orders, with a total period of performance of 120 months. Each task order will contain option periods.
