Jennifer Kauffman, most recently chief operating officer of CyberCore Technologies, will transition to the role of CEO after multinational information technology company HP (NYSE: HPQ) completed its acquisition of the Maryland-based secure supply chain management and cybersecurity services provider.
In a LinkedIn post published Tuesday, CyberCore said Kauffman brings over 30 years of government contracting experience to the role and will leverage her cross-domain expertise to help expand the company’s portfolio and advance growth initiatives.
Prior to CyberCore, Kauffman was senior director of growth for cyber intel systems at Peraton.
She also held leadership roles at Leidos (NYSE: LDOS) and Dell Technologies (NYSE: DELL).
Kauffman commented on her appointment through a post on the professional networking site.
“CyberCore Technologies has been a customer or partner throughout my career. It is truly an honor to be able to lead the organization in this next chapter of growth and evolution,” stated Kauffman.
With the completion of the transaction, CyberCore becomes a subsidiary of HPI Federal and will continue to operate as a standalone entity and channel partner.
