Core4ce Makes New Leadership Appointments to Boost Data Innovation Incubator

Core4ce has named Todd Harbour, co-founder and managing partner, as chief technology officer and appointed Kim Kok, formerly senior vice president of the public sector at HUMAN Security, as VP of sales and emerging technology.

Harbour will oversee the company’s innovation incubator The Forge, which develops tools and services to support government customers’ entire data life cycle development, from data collection and processing to analysis, the Virginia-based data-focused national security contractor said Thursday.

Commenting on the newly branded incubator, Core4ce CEO Mike Morehouse said the company is committed to investing in tailored products and services that deliver “data at the speed of mission.”

In his new role, Kok will manage go-to-market strategies for technologies stemming from The Forge incubator, including Cyberscape, a cyber threat management and utilization platform.

Core4ce also appointed Michael Sass, a former mission integration lead at the Department of Defense’s Chief Digital and AI Office, as head of data engineering and analytics.

Sass will oversee the company’s data engineering and analytics efforts and help guide product development.
