Adarga, a London-based artificial intelligence software company, has acquired U.S. strategic risk intelligence firm J2X Solutions in a transaction that expands its portfolio of information intelligence capabilities and drives growth in the U.S. market.
J2X is a veteran-owned consulting firm that employs a team of former military officers, intelligence analysts and federal law enforcement officers focused on helping U.S. government and corporate customers identify emerging threats, address geopolitical and supply chain risks and streamline security efforts, Adarga said Thursday.
“This acquisition reinforces our commitment to delivering unrivalled excellence in information intelligence. Combining deep expertise and innovative technologies, underpinned by our state-of-the-art AI platform, will empower organizations across the UK, U.S. and our allies with the foresight and clarity needed to navigate today’s complex geopolitical environment,” said Rob Bassett Cross, CEO and founder of Adarga.
Adarga offers AI-based information intelligence tools designed to deliver decision and information advantage to national security organizations, allied armed forces and commercial customers. Its flagship offering, Vantage, enables commanders, analysts and planners to rapidly collect, link and contextualize data from millions of sources through a single, secure environment.
The transaction complements Adarga’s recent contract wins in the U.S. defense and national security market.
“Our longstanding commitment to providing strategic risk intelligence aligns perfectly with Adarga’s industry-leading approach to information analysis. Our combined strengths will deliver enhanced intelligence capabilities to our customers and enable them to counter an ever-growing number and range of threats,” said J2X President Chris Gore.
