Venk Nathamuni, a senior finance executive, will take on the role of chief financial officer at Jacobs (NYSE: J) on June 3.
He will bring to the position over three decades of leadership experience in finance and will oversee the implementation of the company’s business and financial strategy, capital allocation and investor relations initiatives to meet growth objectives, Jacobs said Thursday.
“Venk’s proven track record of strategic vision, strong business leadership, and commitment to fostering a positive culture and driving results will be invaluable as we continue to innovate and drive growth in the rapidly evolving critical infrastructure landscape,” said Jacobs CEO Bob Pragada.
Nathamuni most recently served as CFO at Cirrus Logic (Nasdaq: CRUS).
Before Cirrus Logic, he was head of corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions and investor relations at Arista Networks and was vice president of M&A and corporate development at Maxim Integrated Products.
His industry career included holding leadership roles at J.P. Morgan, Synopsys, Synplicity and QuickLogic.
Kevin Berryman, who has served as interim CFO at Jacobs, will offer transitional support to Nathamuni in the coming weeks and continue to serve as a special adviser to the chief executive.
