According to a SAM.gov sources sought notice, the Mission Technical Integration Contract will cover products and services required in mission and program technical integration activities, and the necessary infrastructure functions.
MTIC will support the International Space Station Program, Orion Program, Gateway Program and, potentially, additional human space flight programs or projects.
Some of the deliverables are program management, business management, configuration and data management, information technology, systems engineering and integration, mission integration, operations, safety and mission assurance, program research and communication and cost estimating and assessments.
Responses to the sources sought are due June 17.
In July 2020, Houston-based aerospace engineering company Barrios Technology was awarded a potential $364 million contract for human spaceflight mission support. HSFTIC has three one-year options, including an option for program planning and control services to cover a one-year base period plus four one-year extensions.
