NASA has issued the final request for proposals for the sixth iteration of the Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement contract, which seeks to support federal agencies by serving as an acquisition vehicle for information technology products and services.
According to the final RFP published Thursday on SAM.gov, SEWP VI is a governmentwide acquisition indefinite-delivery/indefinite-delivery contract with a 10-year ordering period.
The IDIQ contract will have three categories designed to streamline the procurement of information and communications technology and audio-visual products and services.
Category A represents a broad suite of ITC and AV technology products, while Category B seeks to provide federal agencies with enterprisewide ITC and AV platforms. These two categories have unrestricted and small business tracks.
Category C is a small business set-aside program that intends to provide agencies with customized IT and AV products and services at a mission or program level.
In September, NASA sought feedback on a draft solicitation for the SEWP VI contract vehicle.
NASA will hold a virtual industry day on June 4 and accept comments on the final solicitation through June 7.
The space agency intends to award SEWP VI by October 2024 and expects the contract to take effect in May 2025.
Proposals are due July 11.
