Srinivas Attili, formerly a partner at McKinsey & Company, has been appointed executive vice president of the civilian business group at Science Applications International Corp. (NYSE: SAIC).
He will assume his new post on May 6 and report to SAIC CEO Toni Townes-Whitley as he oversees the newly established unit that encompasses the company’s civilian, health and state and local businesses, SAIC said Thursday.
Townes-Whitley, a 2024 Wash100 awardee, said Attili’s appointment is part of the company’s strategy to innovate across the civilian sector to sustain long-term value creation.
Attili most recently oversaw the creation and deployment of digital technologies to advance digital transformation efforts of McKinsey’s clients in health care, technology and public sectors.
Before joining McKinsey, Attili was a principal at Deloitte, where he led digital innovation initiatives for commercial and government customers, and was VP and senior partner of the public sector technology services practice at IBM (NYSE: IBM)
