Government technology company Raft has appointed GovCon industry veteran Mark Procaccini as senior vice president of operations.
The company said Tuesday Procaccini will bring his years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, contracting, private equity and integration to this newly created position, where he will help scale operations to support Raft’s growth initiatives.
“Mark is an industry leader that understands how to do things differently and effectively. Our culture is one that prioritizes collaboration, moving fast and operating on the edge with our customers,” said Raft CEO Shubhi Mishra.
“His ability to harness chaos in the fast-changing digital realm of national security is going to help us ensure we deliver overmatch to our clients,” added Mishra, a 2024 Wash100 awardee.
Prior to Raft, Procaccini was a managing director at Accenture Federal Services with oversight of global contract management efforts.
He sits on the advisory board of the National Contract Management Association.
Raft is a digital consultancy focused on helping Department of Defense agencies and public sector organizations advance digital modernization, mission assurance and legacy system data integration efforts by delivering software, data and artificial intelligence technologies.
