Tonia Bleecher, an industry executive, has joined management consulting and technology services contractor ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI) as senior vice president and division leader.
She announced the move in a LinkedIn post published Sunday.
Bleecher brings to the position over 25 years of leadership experience in government program management, business development, strategic planning, client relations and account management.
She previously served as CEO of Ventech Solutions, where she also served as chief operating officer and chief growth officer, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Her industry career included time as SVP and general manager of the federal unit at Truven Health Analytics, an IBM Watson Health business, and as a principal for the health account at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).
The ICF division leader spent two years as senior planner and assistant to the director at the Montgomery County Planning Department in Maryland.
