Park Place Technologies has acquired SDV Solutions, a provider of client-centric data center infrastructure platforms for federal government agencies, for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its portfolio of managed services, professional services, hardware maintenance and other information technology services for federal clients.
Established in 2004, SDV is a Virginia-based service-disabled veteran-owned small business and a multi-original equipment manufacturer focused on providing client-centric data center infrastructure platforms for the federal government, Park Place said Tuesday.
Mike Mahan, owner and founder of SDV, will join Park Place as a result of the transaction to ensure the continuity of support to U.S. government customers and their missions.
Park Place is a data center and networking optimization firm that supports more than 21,000 clients. The firm helps IT teams optimize IT lifecycle management through its portfolio of products and services.
“We have been firmly entrenched in the Federal space and continue to foster long-term relationships at the highest levels,” said Chris Adams, president and CEO of Park Place Technologies.
“The trust and unquestioned dedication SDV is known for will be joined with our mission to optimize government data center budgets, productivity, performance, and sustainability,” added Adams.
SDV Solutions received exclusive investment banking transaction services from Agile Equity.
