Each Potomac Officers Club event gathers leaders in the GovCon field to share their insights on a variety of topics. March offers you the opportunity to attend four notable Potomac Officers Club events. Three of these engagements – the 2024 Space Summit, the Achieving Transformative Cooperation for National Defense Forum and the 5th Annual Artificial Intelligence Summit – will be hosted in person by the Potomac Officers Club. 2024 Space Summit, March 5
The Potomac Officers Club’s 2024 Space Summit on March 5 will convene top space experts for a deep dive into the challenges and opportunities the federal government faces as it embraces the new domain. The event will feature four keynote speakers: Gen. Stephen Whiting, commander of the U.S. Space Command; Dr. Derek Tournear, director of the Space Development Agency; Lt. Gen. Heath Collins, director of the Missile Defense Agency; and Lt. Gen. Shawn Bratton, deputy chief of space operations, strategy, plans, programs and requirements for the U.S. Space Force. Achieving Transformative Cooperation for National Defense Forum, March 14
At the Potomac Officers Club’s Achieving Transformative Cooperation for National Defense Forum on March 14, defense leaders will come together to assess the current state of the Department of Defense’s Combined Joint All-Domain Command and Control initiative, which aims to increase connectivity between DOD components and allies. Schuyler Moore, chief technology officer of the U.S. Central Command, will kick off the event with an opening keynote address, and Steven Morani, principal deputy assistant secretary of defense for sustainment, will deliver the morning keynote. 5th Annual AI Summit, March 21
The Potomac Officers Club’s all-day 5th Annual AI Summit will connect key leaders from the public and private sectors to evaluate the opportunities for AI use in the federal government as well as the risks that must be considered. Keynote speakers include Dr. William Streilein, chief technology officer of the DOD’s Chief Digital and AI Office; Rachael Martin, director of the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s Maven Office; David Larrimore, executive director of the Chief Technology Officer Directorate at the Department of Homeland Security; Dr. Kathleen Fisher, director of the Information Innovation Office at the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency; and Lakshmi Raman, director of AI for the Central Intelligence Agency.
