Department of Energy CIO Ann Dunkin is responsible for managing DOE’s information technology portfolio and modernization, overseeing the agency’s cybersecurity initiatives, leading digital transformation efforts and enabling collaboration across the enterprise.
Dunkin recently spoke about DOE’s cloud efforts, saying, “A lot of our work right now around the cloud is more about security, and making sure that people are using the cloud in a secure manner, and about scalability so that we can lower our costs by providing higher scale instances.”

Robert Costello
Robert Costello serves as the CIO for the U.S. Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency, and in this capacity, he spearheads CISA’s efforts to develop, deploy, secure and support technology solutions.
Recently Costello shared that CISA is undergoing a large-scale modernization process and plans to migrate its legacy IT systems to a new solution later this year.
