Erin Kocourek, an aerospace and defense industry executive, has been appointed vice president of business development for the national security and innovative systems sector at CACI International.
She announced her move to CACI in a LinkedIn post published Monday.
Kocourek brings to the role her enterprise leadership experience, P&L expertise, knowledge in driving capability development and revenue growth and client focus.
She most recently served as VP of advanced technology and strategy at CAES, where she led a research and development and engineering organization focused on building advanced electronics, according to her LinkedIn profile.
Before CAES, she was senior director for the Enterprise Hypersonics Campaign at Raytheon Technologies, which now operates as RTX.
Her 14-year career at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) included time serving as program manager for energy, capture program manager and business development manager for the missile defense division.
Kocourek spent three years at Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC), where she was project lead for a State Department program.
