Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH) has won a potential $550 million contract to provide technical, professional and administrative support services for the Department of Energy’s Advanced Research Projects Agency-Energy.
ARPA-E received five offers for the single-award contract, which was competed through a full-and-open competition, according to an award notice published Tuesday.
ARPA-E funds the development and deployment of advanced energy technologies in the areas of energy efficiency, transportation and electricity generation, transmission and distribution.
The agency requires a full range of support services, including assistance in funding opportunity announcement competition planning, merit review and selection of full applications for award negotiations, according to the statement of work.
Other services ARPA-E requires are award administration and oversight, award closeout, budget development and execution, information technology support, public affairs and assistance to awardees for the development and execution of technology-to-market plans.
