VivSoft Technologies will help the U.S. Air Force design and implement an enterprise data platform for the Department of Defense’s unified cyberspace operations system under a $15 million Strategic Fund Increase award.
The company said it will develop new capabilities and implement a standardized approach to containerize the Unified Platform’s data platform and provide zero trust access to DOD users at multiple impact levels.
VivSoft’s UPV1 capabilities will enable faster infrastructure deployment to Non-classified Internet Protocol Router and Secret Internet Protocol Router enclaves, eliminate manual steps and human error and enhance the integration of processes with the Air Force’s UP GovCloud.
Navin Gunalan, CEO of VivSoft, said the company’s platform engineering, data science and data engineering expertise in the cyber domain will help warfighters take advantage of UP’s data stores in their missions.
VivSoft previously supported the data science and engineering efforts of the Air Force’s LevelUP Software Factory by introducing machine learning strategies involving natural language processing models, MLOps and generative AI to automate detection and source identification of cyber attacks on DOD systems under a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research contract award.
