Tonya Alston, formerly vice president of growth and development at ICF (Nasdaq: ICFI), has taken on responsibilities as VP of federal acquisition and business development sales leader at the global advisory and technology services company, according to her LinkedIn post.
She will lead ICF’s acquisition initiatives focused on the public sector and ensure the company complies with acquisition regulations and industry standards in her new capacity.
Alston joined ICF in May 2022 following a nearly nine-year stint as president and CEO of ACM-Advisors, a small, minority and woman-owned small business she founded in 2017.
Before that, she was the director of client delivery at Excelicon, revenue and growth adviser at Delta Decisions of DC and director of strategic alliances at Avram.
Her industry career also includes time as VP of business development at Ridgewood Technology Partners and Ideation816.
