Air Force Seeks Proposals for Follow-On Depot-Level Maintenance Support Contract

The U.S. Air Force has issued a solicitation for the fifth generation of a program to provide personnel that could perform depot-level maintenance and related tasks at Ogden Air Logistics Center in Utah and other geographically separated units at Davis Monthan Air Force Base in Arizona and Randolph AFB in Texas.

Depot Onsite Contract Augmentee Teams 5th Generation, also called DOCAT5, is a total small business set-aside program of the Air Force Sustainment Center that has a base term of five years, a three-year optional period and another two-year option term, according to a request for proposals published Friday.

DOCAT5 has a minimum guarantee of $500 with an estimated maximum value of approximately $751.8 million.

The contract also covers maintenance support at Oklahoma City Air Logistics Complex at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma and Warner Robins Air Logistics Complex in Georgia.

Services to be provided under the contract include maintenance, modification, inspection, overhaul, corrosion control, repair and storage of aerial weapon systems and related components, vehicles, ground support equipment, missiles and engines.

Responses to the RFP are due March 1.
